Complaint against Wilders goes to UN
Three members of the Dutch-Moroccan community have made an official complaint to the United Nations Human Rights Committee against anti-Islam Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders. They accuse him of inciting hatred against Muslims.
They are being represented by Ties Prakken, the lawyer who earlier this year represented a number of minority groups in the Dutch trial of Mr Wilders for inciting hatred, discriminating against Muslims and insulting immigrants.
The Dutch court acquitted him on all counts and no further appeal is possible in the case in the Netherlands.
