CAIR Goes After Clarion for Training Police on Extremism CAIR is calling for an investigation into police who attend training about Islamist extremism by the Clarion's national security analyst, Prof. Ryan Mauro.
The San Diego chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is calling for an investigation into law enforcement officers who attend training about Islamist extremism by the Clarion Project's national security analyst, Prof. Ryan Mauro.
CAIR has even gone so far as to compare Mauro to the leader of the KKK.
The official leading the charge, Hanif Mohebi, has a history of attending radical conferences and distributing inflammatory propaganda against the FBI that includes anti-American imagery. He also spoke at a 9/11 "Truther" event at San Diego State University.
