The Great Mosque of Paris called French Muslims on Tuesday to join anti-terror protest Friday and voice their commitment to the values of the Republic.
"We, Muslims of France, can only insist on the need for national unity in opposing this misfortune which has afflicted us and which attacks indiscriminately," said Dalil Boubakeur rector of the country's most important mosque.
Those "people who call themselves Muslims (...) should, by rights, be called barbarians," added Boubakeur about the suicide bombers behind Friday's attack.
