Meat pasty leaves a bad taste in St Albans shopper's mouth
by Sophie Crockett
A strict Muslim was outraged after biting into what he thought was a vegetarian pasty which turned out to be meat filled.
Refaquat Hussain, who works in Valley Road, St Albans, stopped off at Morrisons on Hatfield Road to grab a mid-morning snack last week.
Opting for a cheese and onion slice, Refaquat was horrified to find chunks of beef and gravy after biting into the pasty.
