The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has called on the FBI to withdraw its representative from a February event in Texas sponsored by a controversial group.
In a press release on Jan. 28, CAIR said the Feb. 13 event of ACT! for America, called "Domestic Jihad & ISIS" hosted by St. Mary's University's Center for Terrorism Law in San Antonio, will feature a keynote address by a representative of the FBI academy in Qauntico, Virginia, along with a presentation by John Guandolo on "Understanding Shariah & Jihad."
Guandolo has previously triggered controversy by claiming that the "CIA director is a secret Muslim agent."
