Trojan Horse schools at centre of £12m education plan
A massive improvement drive at five schools embroiled in the Trojan Horse scandal is at the heart of a £12 million education shake-up.
Birmingham City Council wants all the schools placed in special measures following the furore to be rated 'good' within 12 months.
The three-year plan also contains a raft of measures to improve the performance of school governors and protect pupils from radicalisation and religious extremism.
