by Tahmina Ansari
Australia's domestic spy agency head has reassured the Australian Muslim community the Federal Government is not fighting Islam.
In an interview with a Sydney-based Muslim radio station, Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) head David Irvine sought to send a strong message to Australian Muslims.
"I can say this on behalf of the whole Australian Government, and I suspect all state governments as well, the message is we are not fighting Islam," he said.
