An inner city Birmingham school inspected as part of the Trojan Horse inquiry has been given a national role in raising teaching standards.
Waverley School in Bordesley Green was one of 18 schools in the city visited by Ofsted in the last few weeks.
But it is not expected to be criticised or lose its outstanding rating when reports are published later this month.
