Cheltenham Subways to keep traditional menu after Muslim halal meat demand
by Steven Impey
Subway has confirmed it will not be changing its menu at restaurants in Cheltenham after an announcement that the fast food chain was removing ham and bacon from 185 stores in the UK.
The move is to introduce halal meat instead "following strong demand from Muslim customers".
But it has been confirmed that the three Subway sandwich shops in Cheltenham will keep its traditional menu.
