Courts blew it on the niqab
It's been six long years since a niqab-wearing Toronto woman first accused two relatives of sexually assaulting her as a child, and the case is no closer to being heard.
It's caught in what appears to be a never-ending legal wrangle about whether the woman will have to remove her veil to testify.
Justice Norris Weisman first ruled in 2008 the woman would have to remove her niqab to ensure the men accused of the crime received a fair trail.
